Reviews by websites might be pre-disposed to think positively of certain appliances. When you duct a chimney hood to the outside, you are basically allowing all the steam and other things it sucks up to go outdoors instead of staying in the kitchen. This means it will get rid of all the smells as well. In contrast, when it re-circulates it uses a filter to clean the air before sending it back into the kitchen again.

Most of us have a washing machine either in the kitchen or – if we have the space in a utility room. But not everyone has a washer dryer. The question is, is it worth having one in the first place?
